DMCA Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026

BestPlaylistTV ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines how we handle claims of copyright infringement on our website bestplaylisttv.shop (the "Service") and how rights holders can submit a takedown notice.

1. Infringement Notification

If you believe that any content on our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification (a "DMCA Takedown Notice") to our designated copyright agent. To be valid, the notice must include substantially the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL or page).
  • Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please send DMCA takedown notices to our designated agent:

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where we are located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or their agent.

Please send counter-notifications to the same contact details above. We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant and may reinstate the removed content after 10 business days unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action.

3. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We also reserve the right to remove any content that we believe in good faith to be infringing or that is the subject of a valid DMCA notice, without prior notice to the user.

4. Third-Party Content

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, IPTV providers, or other content that is not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the copyright compliance of third-party sites. If you believe that a third-party site linked from our Service is infringing your copyright, you should contact that site directly or submit a DMCA notice to us identifying the link and we will evaluate it in accordance with the DMCA.

5. Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. We take such misrepresentations seriously and will cooperate with legal authorities in investigating and prosecuting false claims.

6. Changes to This DMCA Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
